 The playing fields:

 The location of the playing fields can be found on an internet map with following data:

 Parking:
Next to the playing fields sufficient parking lots are available. Attached you can find the route description to the parking lots coming from E40 or A10. Free parking available nearby the field. Reserved places are available for the organization.

 Rest- and dressing rooms:
Rest- and dressing rooms are located next to the football field behind the tents. Shower facilities are foreseen but we recommend not leaving sport bags or any valuable items unattended. The dressing rooms will not be locked

 Refreshments:
During the whole tournament refreshments are available. We recommend you to order the meals in advance or make use of the combination tickets. With a combination ticket anyway a price advantage will be achieved, but the meals will be offered at democratic prices   

Tournament

 Tournament  subscription
On Saturday morning, before start of tournament, the subscription fee of € 150 needs to be paid.  The team representative needs to registrate before starting the first game. When subscription fee is not paid in advance, team will be be excluded from participation.

 Subscribe in advance with Pieter@baseballsoftball.be. Subscription is possible until April 15th. Only 8 teams can participate, so don’t wait too long with your subscription.

 Tournament responsible and results

 The tournament responsible is Pieter Debaets.
It is the responsibility of the winning team to communicate the results to administrative office immediately after the game has ended. Though, the losing team may also communicate the results.

 First Aid
A first aid team will be present on the field.

 Closing tournament and awards
This will start on Sunday 30 after minutes after the final. Your presence is mandatory.
