Update Belgian Series Baseball – Spartans take the lead and can become Belgian Champions this weekend

Just like last year, the Belgian Series Baseball 2023 is between defending champion Hoboken Pioneers and the Royal Deurne Spartans. In this best-of-5 series, the score is in favor of a strong Deurne Spartans. They managed to win the first two games against Pioneers 9-3 and 6-5. In the remaining 3 games of the series, the Spartans only need one more win to become Belgian champions.

The Pioneers, who finished convincingly first in the regular baseball Gold competition, have their backs against the wall and must win all three remaining games to extend their championship. Still, all to play for!

To state that it promises to be an exciting battle this weekend is an understatement…
