Sarah Van Der Meiren will return as head coach after coaching the U22 Softball National Team last summer in Czech Republic. Prior to this, Van Der Meiren was an assistant coach in 2019 for the U16 Softball National Team. Apart from her duties as a head coach for the U18 team, she currently runs the Winter Softball program for Baseball Softball Vlaanderen. Van Der Meiren is currently still an active member of the Senior National Team which she has been a part of since 2001.
Innes Goosen, currently an active player for Hoboken Pioneers, will return as lead assistant coach this summer. Innes had a long playing career since 1999 with the Senior National Team as well as years of experience coaching in youth categories and adults. She will be in charge of outfield, hitting and baserunning.
Claudia Banchelli is an Italian pitcher formerly playing for Forli, in of the highest European Softball competitions and currently competing in the Belgian competition since 2 seasons. She is part of the coaching staff for the LFFBS Softball Academy and will be the Pitching Coach for the 2023 U18 Softball squad this summer.
Celine Janssens, currently an active player for the Senior National Team and Hoboken Pioneers, is the newest member of the coaching staff and will be this summer's bench coach. She has been gaining experience in a coaching role this winter while coaching in the Baseball Softball Vlaanderen Winter Program and will focus on hitting.
