The excitement is noticeable as Belgium gears up to showcase its up-and-coming talent on the international stage once again. After extensive selection processes the final rosters for the U12 and U15 Baseball National Teams have been unveiled.
U12 Baseball National Team
Following the pre-selection tournament in Brasschaat, U12 National Team Manager Jamie Flynn and his coaching staff have finalised a squad ready to represent Belgium at the upcoming U12 Baseball European Championship Qualifiers in Trnava, Slovakia, from July 3rd to July 7th. Congratulations to the selected players who have earned their spot through sheer determination and skill!
The team has already started its preparations. Practices are scheduled to occur approximately every two weeks throughout April and May, setting the stage for the International Kids Cup in Paderborn during the first week of June. There, Belgium will face formidable opponents such as Germany and Czechia in what promises to be an exhilarating showcase of talent. Following this, the team will undergo three final practices in June, fine-tuning their skills before heading to the EC in Trnava, Slovakia.

U15 Baseball National Team
Meanwhile, the U15 Baseball National Team is gearing up for the U15 Baseball European Championship Qualifiers, set to take place in Sisak, Croatia, from July 15th to July 20th. Led by a dedicated coaching staff, this talented group of athletes is ready to represent Belgium.
Following the pre-selection tournament in Brasschaat, U15 National Team Manager Jamie Flynn and his coaching staff finalised the roster for the 2024 campaign.
The team starts its preparations with a double practice on the 1st of May followed by a second practice in May, two more in June and a final tune-up in early July.
The U15 National Team will also scrimmage a Dutch travel team on 11 May. First pitch is scheduled for 11:00 at Hoboken Pioneers and all are welcome to watch.
